Frequently Asked Questions:

1. How to place an order?
- click on the "STORE" tab and it will direct you to the online store page.

 - then just click on the item you want to purchase and it will direct you to the item page, where you can see the "Add to Bag" button. After which you see two buttons "Continue Shopping" or "Go to Check out"
- You can also see the number of items you have put on the bag by looking on the right lower side of the screen you will see a "Shopping Bag" balloon.


- Once you proceed to check out, just fill out the necessary details to complete the order process.

2. What are the available modes of payment?
- You can choose from Paypal payment (credit/ debit card/ paypal) or Offline payments (bank deposits: BDO, Unionbank; Money Transfer Agent: LBC, Cebuana Lhuiller). Also reminders for Offline Payments, please be sure to send us a copy of the proof of payment through our email (store.xiaomei@gmail.com) for your orders to be processed. 
NO proof of payment, NO processing of orders.

3. How much do you charge for shipping fee? and through what company do you ship?
- We currently have fixed rate for Nationwide shipping in the Philippines for P50.00, and the items are shipped through Fastrack. 

4. Are all your books brand new or second hand? 
- Our books are mostly second hand, we have added some details about the condition of the book in the description part. But we also have some brand new books. 

5. Do you have any other books aside from the posted items?
- Yes, we do have more selection of books to choose from you can view it from this link Xiao Mei Store. We can't post all the books at the same time, but rest assured we will post the other books by intervals of 10 in every month.
