Blogger Review:
This is actually the 1st book that I will be reviewing that I read from my Kindle out of the 25 ebooks that I have finished last year. I got a free copy from a recommendation of Bookbub- a website that sends daily newsletter on your preferred genre on books with good deals (mostly are FREE) from Amazon, Google Play and many more.

I genuinely love the book, most especially the work of Milly, being a historical building conservationist for a museum and having the chance to inspect some good and old castles and house. At that time when I was reading this book, I was in the middle of preparing my papers to enroll for a postgraduate/ masters degree in the UK and this book had became a sign for me not just to pursue it the same country setting in the book but also to pursue my love for history and old things, that had also helped me land to enroll and hopefully be accepted with the study MSc Historical Building Conservation in the UK. So.. too much for personal thing here....

Going back to the book, it is written well and can easily be read. The idea of family curses, fortune telling, old historical castles and destined love mixing these all together makes this book very interesting and quite interesting.

The authors approach to the story is also unique in a way that she portrayed each elements on her story very descriptive and yet fun to imagine. Also adding some suspense and mystery to the romantic comedy plot is quite refreshing to read. I had laugh so hard at most part and felt scared in some part, most especially on the parts where the characters would go down to the dungeons or even to underground tunnels and caves.

I had definitely experience excite and mix emotions with this book. It is worth the buying and reading. If you are a heavy reader of romantic comedy and loves fairy tales, this book is for you. I highly recommend it for light reading and even for those writers who would want to get inspired with a good romcom book.
